3 Bears Window Cleaning Directory ("the Directory") is an online window cleaning directory provided by Steve Wright and Worldnet Enterprises and is subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below. You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Directory. We can modify these terms at any time.

1. Copyright, Licenses and Idea Submissions

The entire contents of the Directory are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. The owner of the copyrights and trademarks are 3 Bears Window Cleaning Directory, Steve Wright, and Worldnet Enterprises. YOU MAY NOT MODIFY, COPY, REPRODUCE, REPUBLISH, UPLOAD, POST, TRANSMIT, OR DISTRIBUTE, IN ANY MANNER, THE MATERIAL ON THE DIRECTORY, INCLUDING TEXT, GRAPHICS, AND/OR CODE.

They are offered by third parties and are not affiliated with 3 Bears Window Cleaning Directory.

The Directory provides a valuable service for your window cleaning business, but we do not make any express or implied warranties or representations in terms of what kind of success you will have with a listing in the directory. Search engines change their algorithms all the time and this can affect your search engines rankings up or down. It's impossible for any company, person, or entity to guarantee that you will achieve certain search engine rankings.

4. Privacy

The Directory recognizes the importance of protecting your privacy. Your registration details will NEVER be sold or given to any 3rd party. We will send you 3 Bears related emails occasionally with special announcements or update news. If you prefer not to receive these "announcement" emails, you can "opt out" at any time by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of any email.

5. Termination

This Agreement may be terminated by either party without notice at any time for any reason. The provisions of paragraphs 1 (Copyright, Licenses and Idea Submissions), 2 (Use of the Site), and 3 (Warranties) shall survive any termination of this Agreement. Some causes of termination by 3 Bears Window Cleaning Directory are:

modifying or copying the materials in the directory
using the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on 3 Bears Window Cleaning Directory
removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server
registering multiple usernames in an attempt to to create duplicate listings. This is to protect the integrity of the directory and avoid having to make visitors search through duplicate listings.
